8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying clients through appropriate channels. It is the responsibility of clients to review the Terms periodically for any updates. Continued use of our translation service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Trad AI and its clients regarding the use of our translation service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
